Der Mantel fällt etwas kleiner aus. Wenn du zwischen zwei Größen schwankst, solltest du dich für die größere Ausführung entscheiden. Denk daran, dass zwischen dem Körper und der Außenbekleidung Luft vorhanden sein muss, um die bestmögliche Wärmewirkung erzielen zu können.

Beschreibung

Der Wintermantel für Reiter besteht aus komfortablen Materialien und intelligenten, praktischen Funktionen, die gründlich getestet und entwickelt wurden, um kalte Tage im Stall und auf dem Pferd so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Um das Reiten zu ermöglichen, hat der Mantel einen Zwei-Wege-Reißverschluss vorne, einen hohen Schlitz hinten und Beinschlaufen an der Innenseite, um den Mantel an Ort und Stelle zu halten. Die faltbaren Handwärmer von Uhip lassen sich bequem über die Hände ziehen, während man die Zügel hält.

Beliebter kürzerer Mantel für Reiter/innen und Pferdeliebhaber/innen, denen Uhips Reitmantel zu lang ist. Er ist ebenso warm wie der Nordic Coat, doch 15 cm kürzer.

Nordic Bekleidung hält dich bei Außentemperaturen bis minus 15 Grad wohlig warm und selbst Feuchtigkeit beeinträchtigt die Funktion der Kleidung nicht.

Bei ungemütlichem Wetter schützen dich die Kleidungsstücke dieser Familie selbst vor gewissem Niederschlag, auch wenn sie hauptsächlich für den Aufenthalt in extremer Kälte vorgesehen sind. Unsere Nordic Familie besteht aus Reitmantel (ein längeres und ein kürzeres Modell), Reitjacke und Reit-Thermorock und zeichnet sich durch auf Figur geschnittene, schicke Passform aus, ohne jedoch allzu eng anzusitzen. Bauschige Wattierung mit breiten Steppkanälen und kräftige Farben. Der Außenstoff hat eine schick perlmuttschimmernde Oberfläche.

    Shell:

    3/3 Polyamide 2-layer, 100% Polyamide, Ripstop with shiny surface. TPU Film
    Durable and lightweight 2-layer Polyamide material. Polyamides are known for their durability and resistance to wear and tear. They are commonly used in outdoor and performance clothing. Polyamide is a lightweight material that is stronger than polyester in relation to its weight. Also referred to as Nylon.  Ripstop construction with a shiny surface makes the garments more resistant to tearing and ripping. PU membrane to provide high water protection and breathability.

    Water column is a way of measuring the degree of waterproofness in a garment to understand the garment's ability not to let water through. How high a water column a garment can withstand is also affected by how it is used; a harder and more active use requires more of the material. Therefore, we recommend regular reinforcement with impregnation to ensure the full function of the garment.

    Breathability is often measured in a ‘g/m2/24hrs’ measurement. This rating represents the amount of water (or sweat) by weight that can pass through a square metre of fabric over a day. 

    Taped seams
    Essentially, taping seams enhance the waterproof protection of clothing. Needle stitching leaves tiny holes in the garment through which water can seep when worn in wet conditions; taped seams prevent this from happening.

    Bionic Finish ECO Fluorocarbon free DWR 
    Fluorine-free water repellent textile finishes to achieve water-repellent effects. Many plants have a natural water repellency. BIONIC-FINISH® ECO absorbs this effect so that we can use it for our products.

    Insulation:

    Uhip does not use down in our garments, but we have used wool or synthetic fibres instead. The benefits of synthetic insulations are that they keep the heat even in wet condition and it dries quickly. The basic principle for all insulations is the same: small spaces in the fibres encapsulate body heat and keep you warm. The more air between the body and the cold, the more effective insulation.

    All Uhip products are made with 100% recycled Polyester, 38gsm. Recycled polyester is made from recycled materials (PET and polyester fabrics). By choosing recycled polyester, we can deliver the same technical performance in fibres with a smaller environmental footprint.
